Actress Anne Heche is pregnant with her second child; the father is boyfriend James Tupper. The couple started dating after they met on their ABC show Men in Trees. Both were still married and both divorced their respective spouses. Anne filed for divorce in February 2007 from her husband of five years, Coley Laffoon. The two subsequently had a nasty, protracted custody battle over their son, Homer, before finally coming to a settlement in June. According to Anne’s rep, James and Anne are thrilled to be expecting their first child together.
