Shaki’s song, Waka Waka (This Time For Africa) has become the best-selling World Cup song in history.

Can anyone even easily remember any of the prior songs?

According to the numbers, Waka Waka managed to sell over two million singles after being released.

It also became a viral sensation.

The video on YouTube has become the #4 most watched YouTube clip of all time! It’s also the #3 most viewed music video of all time!

If we are reading into her little jab from last night’s Chelsea Lately correctly, then the answer is Ya’huh!

Take a look at Chelsea’s monologue from last night’s show, in which she talks about her “contract” with Animal Planet being “terminated.” (above)

One can only assume she is talking about Animal Planet hunk and host Dave Salmoni, who she has been dating the last few months.

Is this taking things in stride or a little dig at Dave?!

Snoop Dogg recently revealed that he had so much fun working with Katy Perry on their smash single, California Gurls, that he wants to feature HER on a track for his upcoming album!

He says:

“We’re trying to get together and do something on my new album for my new record, so [I'm] definitely in contact with her. She’s a sweet girl and I had fun making the record ['California Gurls'] with her… Like I said, I’m looking forward to her being on my record as well. My sound is just fun, good music. My music has always been about me having a good time, people feeling good, that’s what I’m looking for.”

Make it happen, guys!

He Tweeted:

“Ok ladies and [gentlemen] I’m writing my new album. I will not be on twitter again till Sept 6. This album will be a classic.”
