"Live entertainment provides a positive source of inspiration for children in a world where there are many negative alternatives. Most Valuable Kids of Greater New York, Inc. (MVK) brings this inspiration, at no cost, to underserved children in the New York Metropolitan Area. MVK does this by offering children's organizations access to cultural events, professional and collegiate sports and entertainment events through an online ticket donation and reward system.
MVK overcomes the financial obstacles associated with attending live events by distributing unused tickets to children who would otherwise not be able to afford to attend. These tickets are distributed to boys and girls, 18 and under, through organizations that focus on children in low-income and underserved households."
Lauren Conrad says she isn't surprised some Hills stars are already clashing with Kristin Cavallari.
"I think she is just very opinionated and that's how she has always been," Conrad told Usmagazine.com at Sunday's MTV Movie Awards, adding that she's already "gotten a few emails" about her replacement.
See what all The Hills stars wore to the 2009 MTV Movie Awards!
Her advice for handling...

How very George Michael of her!
Joss Stone is dying to be released from her record contract with EMI!
So much so that the fucks-for-tracks singer is willing to cough up almost $4 million of her own money to her label!
EMI have shot down Stone's deal and in return are threatening legal action against the Brit songstress. The label claims Joss is in breach of contract because she never handed over the master tapes for her new album, Colour Me Free, by the December 2008 deadline.
For shame!
Stone believes that EMI would not promote her album properly and wants to buy it back and release Colour Me Free on her own accord. The label was bought out by a private equity firm back in 2007 and promptly slashed the label's budget because of lagging album sales.
"Joss has completely lost faith in EMI. It’s all pie charts and products and there’s no creativity. She has no working relationship with them and no confidence they will support her or market her album properly," a friend of Stone's shared with the media.
The source continued: "She’s actually prepared to pay £2million for her freedom – that’s how bad it is. She wants to give back this money from her advance to EMI so that she can get out of the deal. Then she’ll release the album some other way."
Good luck with that!

Those two are not kidding!
After just two days of filming I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here in Costa Rica, Heidi and Spencer Pratt have quit the show TWICE!
According to a production source, Speidi took their mics off and exited the jungle, yet relectantly returned for night. On the second day of shooting, they walked out again but have since yet again been persuaded to competing for their respective charities.
This is way too much drama for the jungle!
In the premiere episode, Heidi breaks down crying, Spencer walks off the set and Patti Blageovich almost drowns!
What a bunch of train wrecks!
At least some charities will benefit from this display of douchebaggery!

Oh no!
SuBo checked into a mental health clinic on Sunday night!
After losing Britain's Got Talent to dance troupe Diversity, Boyle suffered an "emotional breakdown" and was checked into The Priory clinic in London after show employees noticed the runner-up was "acting strangely" at her hotel.
Even though Susan took the news quite well on stage, placing second really had an affect on poor SuBo backstage!
The singer reportedly yelled, "I hate this show. I hate it," after "swearing and throwing a cup of water over a floor manager who tried to calm her down."
Boyle then returned to her hotel where show workers promptly called an ambulance to pick up a "spaced out" SuBo around 6 p.m. on Sunday.
Not everyone can handle the extreme media pressure poor SuBo was under!
She'll be back on her feet after some much needer R&R, no doubt.
Britain's Got Talent production company TalkbackThames has released the following statement about Susan's mental health condition:
"Following Saturday night's show, Susan is exhausted and emotionally drained. She has been seen by her private GP who supports her decision to take a few days out for rest and recovery. We offer her our ongoing support and wish her a speedy recovery."
As do we!

Prince Harry took a time out for a potty break during the Veuve Clicquot Manhattan Polo Classic on Governors Island, NY, this weekend and had no problem using a port-a-potty.

Robert Pattinson attended the MTV Movie Awards Sunday night, and not too surprisingly, the tween heartthrob picked up some golden popcorn.
Our favorite sparkly vampire appeared typically disheveled, like freshly sexed up bed sheets.
And that's just the way we like him!

The MTV Awards, hosted by Andy Samberg, proved to be exactly what everyone thought it would be: a lack-luster, semi-comedic, Twilight dominated 2 hours of television.
In other words, it was eh.
Of course, it was rather enjoyable watching Eminem get his face bombarded with another dude's junk, Kristen Stewart dropping her award like a drunken fool, and Zacquicha just looking delish - even though he sat next to Whatsherface.
As expected, the big winner of the night was Twilight and it's leading man Rob Pattinson, who received four out of the five awards the film snatched up. (He probably should have just taken Kristen's too, since the bitch couldn't even hold the damn thing.)
