Christina Aguilera pulled out all the stops for her son Max’s first birthday on Saturday, having a party based on the book Where the While Things Are. Among the 40 guests at Christina and husband Jordan Bratman’s Beverly Hills backyard fete were Nicole Richie and Joel Madden, whose daughter Harlow celebrated her big first birthday just the day before.
