Actor-turned-musician Joaquin Phoenix was spotted pAArtying in Miami looking a little worse for the wear.

After a 2005 rehab stint (Everybody's doing it!), the former actor is said to have suffered a fairly upsetting 2008, and his increasingly strange and aloof behavior has family, friends, and colleagues worried. He skipped out on the Cannes premiere of his last flick, Two Lovers, with co-star Gwynnie Paltrow and has acted bizarrely at recent events.

A source says, "For people who know Joaquin, it's been an incredibly traumatic year, filled with chaos," adding, "Everyone wants to help but nobody's been able to break through. His bizarre behaviour has everyone worried. It's just getting scary."

Joaquin was at brother Rivers' side when the actor famously collapsed outside the Viper Room and later died of a drug overdose at the tender age of 23.

Could Joaquin be headed down the same path?

Back in October 2007, Amy Winehouse and her enabler 'husband' Blake Fielder Civil were arrested in Norway for marijuana possession.

She was supposed to face a Norwegian judge in March, but, luckily for Cracky, her lawyer was able to postpone the proceedings.

Well, the Norwegians are anxious to get on with things and have summoned both Wino and Blaaaaake to appear before them on January 12th.

Take it like a big girl, Wino.

If she doesn't show up, Amy will likely lose her appeal.

There's no drama like family drama!

Larry Flynt's nephews, his brother's two sons, are starting an adult entertainment business which they plan to call Flynt Media.

Well, the Hustler king isn't happy about the new company name and has filed legal papers calling for his nephews to drop 'Flynt' from the name.

In a recent interview, Larry revealed that up until last year his nephews worked for him. When he let them go (for being 'unproductive') he gave them each $100,000 in severance payment, which they apparently used to go into business against him.

SHADY!

Larry went on to say he would have no objection if his nephews went into another line of work using the Flynt name. But he does object to them entering the same biz that he's been in for 36 years.

We can totally see Larry's point!
