Just in: "The Insider" has obtained audio of the 911 call made by a concerned citizen who allegedly witnessed Heather Locklear driving erratically Saturday afternoon just prior to her DUI arrest. A spokesperson for the California Highway Patrol confirmed to "The Insider" that the 911 caller observed a woman, alleged to be Locklear, acting strangely and driving poorly as she left a parking lot in Montecito, California -- an upscale town adjacent to Santa Barbara. Locklear was booked at 7 p.m. Saturday on suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and was later released from custody. Representatives for the star declined comment but have referred us to Locklear's attorney.
