Get all the dirt on all you favorite celebrities.

Seems like decades ago since Alanis Morissette released an album, but finally her seventh record, Flavors of Entanglement, has arrived.
In a new interview with Entertainment Weekly, the 33-year-old singer goes in depth and reveals feelings on music, breakups, and success.
On writing music:
Anything I was afraid of, I was like, I’ll DO IT! So I was freaking out all the time. Now I’m better at going, ‘Okay, what do you need?’ I think the two most inspiring life forces are anger and joy. I could write six zillion songs about those two forces alone. Depression is right at the bottom, and in order to get out of it, you have to get a little pissed.
On mocking Fergie’s ‘My Humps’:
I was in the studio with Guy Sigsworth [who co-wrote and produced Flavors] and he said, ‘What horse of the apocalypse is coming in today, Alanis?’ I turned around and said, ‘Wouldn’t it be great if I could just write a simple song that had no blood, no sweat, no tears? A song like ‘My Humps’ would be good.’
On the success of her new album in comparison to ‘Jagged Little Pill’:
Create art. Have to share it. It doesn’t matter to me that no one’s buying records.
On her love life:
On a certain spiritual level, I feel like everyone’s exactly where they need to be. Public romance? I’m going to be avoiding that in the future. I think the only time I’ll talk about any guy I’m with will be when I’m married with six kids. ‘That guy who’s with me all the time? Yeah. He’s my husband.’ I think the two most inspiring life forces are anger and joy. I could write six zillion songs about those two forces alone.
Morissette names the women who she thinks rock
“I’m so overstimulated I listen to meditation music 90 percent of the time. It used to drive people that I’ve dated crazy.” Here, some who help occupy the other 10 percent:
1. JONI MITCHELL
When I first moved to L.A. from Canada, I was embroiled in massive culture shock. “River” was my security blanket.
2. SINÉAD O’CONNOR
I listened to I Do Not Want What I Haven’t Got a thousand times as a kid. Her gorgeous voice, her raw emotionality, combined with this great loop. Oh! So up my alley.
3. SARAH SLEAN
Her voice is like velvet, and her lyrics are so her. I love artists who are distinctly themselves, and they’re not trying to be something else.
4. JUSTINE FRISCHMANN, ELASTICA
Love her. Where is she now? She’s kind of my fantasy girl. I want to ride motorbikes with her.
