saMANtha Ronson's officially received Dina Lohan's seal of approval, and on Wednesday it looked like it was Lindsay Lohan's turn to impress Sammy's mommy.

According to a source, who says they're totally "together," La Lohan and Man were spotted lunching with Man's mom, Ann Dexter-Jones, and Lindz' fame-whoring little sister, Aliana, at the Italian restaurant Gino on Manhattan's Upper East Side.

Unfortunately, Orange Oprah was not at the little family get together.

Throughout the meal, the group supposedly engaged in 'a spirited session of girl talk.'

What they probably meant to say is three of them engaged in spirited girl talk as Man patiently looked on.

The spy also reports that Man's mom insisted the group indulge in dessert.

"Cheesecake – with four forks!" is what she supposedly exclaimed to their waiter, though Sammy decided she wanted lemon sorbet instead.

Looks like both mommas approve. Yay! The wedding can move forward!

While there has yet to be an official explanation given for the cancellation, sources tell us it is due to poor ticket sales.

And, we're hearing that Ass' entire tour may be cancelled and that the Simpson camp (Poppa Joe) will claim that his newly married daughter is gonna take it easy this summer as that is what's best for her baby.
