Is BRAD PITT heading to the Amazon? According to Variety, Brad's Plan B films is set to produce - and Brad is likely to star in -- 'Lost City of Z,' about Colonel PERCY HARRISON FAWCETT, a British explorer who disappears in 1925 while searching for the jungle city.

The movie is based on a non-fiction book by DAVID GRANN set to be published in the coming months.

It's official! After long negotiations, WILLIAM PETERSEN will be returning for the ninth season of the long-running CBS crime series "CSI" -- albeit for less episodes, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Petersen will appear in fewer episodes because he is starring in the play, Dublin Carol, in his hometown of Chicago. And although he will have a reduced workload, he will reportedly earn a whopping $600,000 an episode.

Petersen is also one of the show's executive producers.

JENNIFER ANISTON is adding mega-producer to her resume! The former "Friend" and her producing partner KRISTIN HAHN have formed Echo Films, according to Variety. The company has snagged an enviable first-look deal with Universal Pictures.

Echo Films has already acquired a number of projects in which Aniston will star. "We're drawn to stories about people finding their voice and finding their way because they help us as listeners and viewers do what we feel we're all trying to do, which is making sense of our lives through the stories of others," Aniston said. "That's why we chose the name Echo, to echo back an idea, a challenge, something that resonates through all of us."

For the second consecutive year, Daniel has been named "Britain's Best Dressed Man" by men's magazine GQ, reports Reuters.

CW star DUSTIN MILLIGAN ("Runaway") has the prestigious distinction of being the first actor to join the network's planned spinoff of "Beverly Hills 90210," Entertainment Weekly reports.

Dustin, who also appeared in last year's horror-thriller 'The Messengers,' will play a "likable, genuine ... star athlete" named Ethan, according to the show's producers.

News came at the end of last month that the as-yet-untitled show will, like the original, center on a family (this time it's the Mills instead of the Walshes) who moves from the Midwest to Beverly Hills and will revolve around the clan's two teen kids -- a boy and a girl -- who are the same age.

With the "American Idol" competition heating up, judge PAULA ABDUL gets candid about which wannabes will wind up being the top four finalists.

According to TV Guide, Paula reveals on this morning's edition of FOX's "The Morning Show with Mike and Juliet" that she believes it will come down to CARLY SMITHSON, DAVID ARCHULETA, DAVID COOK and MICHAEL JOHNS.
