In the will, he allocates 50 percent of his estate to sisters KATHERINE, ASHLEIGH and OLIVIA in equal shares, and bequeaths the other 50% of his estate to parents KIM LEDGER and SALLY BELL. The document was drawn up before the late actor met ex MICHELLE WILLIAMS, with whom he has a daughter, MATILDA, but his father Kim has stated that the little girl will be taken care of.

ASHLEE SIMPSON not only has a new album coming out, but she's getting into the designer clothing biz! People.com reports that the younger Simpson sister is launching a collection of T-shirts for Wet Seal.

"I was inspired by so many fun, wonderful things as I was recording Bittersweet World and it's been great to carry through those inspirations into these new shirt designs," says Ashlee.

The new line of shirts, which will launch nationwide on April 22 -- the same day as her album -- features designs inspired by Ashlee's personality, sense of style and album artwork.

The stars promote their new football comedy, 'Leatherheads.'

Longtime pals GEORGE CLOONEY and RENÉE ZELLWEGER arrived in Salisbury, North Carolina, as part of their "Whistle Stop Express" tour to promote their new comedy, 'Leatherheads,' in theaters April 4.

George and Renée greeted fans after disembarking from the train they rode in on, gamely signing autographs for admirers.

Their new screwball comedy stars George as a charming 1920s football hero determined to guide his ragtag team to victory, all the while vying against rookie teammate JOHN KRASINSKI for spitfire news reporter Renée's affections.

DR. DANIEL TOMAS FUENTE SERRANO, a.k.a. "Dr. Jiffy Lube," has been arrested again.

"The Insider" confirms that the doc who allegedly treated several high profile celebs was arrested yesterday by immigration officials at his residence in Beverly Hills.

He is currently being held without bond at a contract detention facility in Lancaster, CA pending a hearing before an immigration judge. The legal permanent resident of the US was arrested based upon the belief that his prior criminal convictions make him deportable, which will be ultimately decided by an immigration judge.

CHIKEZIE EZIE is one "American Idol" contestant who is very mellow about being voted out of the competition. On Tuesday night, he chose the ballad, "If Only For One Night." RANDY JACKSON claimed, "It wasn't hip and cool." While, SIMON COWELL labeled his performance "cheesy."

So, Chikezie says he had an idea he was going home, but that it is okay: "Last night I was glad that none of the other guys had to go home. That is probably the hardest part of the show -- saying goodbye to your friends. I didn't have to say goodbye to anybody. They didn't have to say goodbye to me, because they will see me on the tour."

This isn't the first stab that the 22-year-old from Inglewood, CA, made at getting onto the singing competition. He tried last year, as well, and actually made it to Hollywood before getting cut.

JUSTIN CHAMBERS opens up to People about the sleeping disorder that led the "Grey's Anatomy" star to check in to UCLA Medical Center in January.

"It's an issue that I've had for a while," Justin tells the magazine. "It's a biological sleep disorder. Your mind keeps racing, and your body is tired. It wants to go to sleep, but it can't."

The actor reveals that in the two months prior to his hospital stay, he was sleeping no more than an hour a week. "I got to my wit's end," he says.
