World famous chef GORDON RAMSAY is once again bringing his culinary know-how to TV as the fourth season of his popular FOX reality series "Hell's Kitchen" premieres Tuesday, April 1. This time, he's got a big surprise for the wanna-be chefs. He's dressing in disguise as one of them to find out what they really think about him!

"Unknown to them and anyone on that couch, I dressed up as a contestant, six hours in makeup. So, my name was Terrence, I was from Texas, spoke with an American accent -- and they were clueless, didn't have a clue!" he says.

The 15 competing chefs this time around are really gonna heat things up as they vie for the chance to win a senior chef position at Gordon's new restaurant, Gordon Ramsay at the London West Hollywood.
