The death of DANIEL SMITH, son of the late ANNA NICOLE SMITH, has been ruled an accidental overdose by a Bahamian jury according to the Associated Press. The jury is recommending there be no criminal charges.

The seven-member jury took less than two hours today to decide on a verdict.
